Onsite interview, very easy as long as you have the basics of telephony technology. You have to also have a good understanding of software engineering, not anything fancy or advanced. It's very important to be able to explain previous project(s).

I have submitted my application through the Genesys's career website. HR called me after two days to schedule a first screening phone interview. A second phone interview has been scheduled with the Hiring Manager then, after 10 days. Very comfortable, best hiring process ever.

One technical interview, HR interview, signing paperwork. There were no salary negotiations. The offer was accepted. HR was efficient at hiring. After some months there was a wave of terminations.
