During the process I had 6interviews, the first was with the hiring manager to discuss the job and its requirements. The second and third interviews were with my peers on the architecture team to get to allow me to get a good feel for the team chemistry as well as for the team to get to know me and assess my skills and knowledge. Questions were asked in scenario format to determine how I would interact with clients as well as to see my technical capabilities. The third through fifth interviews were with various levels of management within the architecture and sales teams to insure my "fit" for sales support and level of comfort with various levels of management. Overall the process was positive and each interview sold me more on why I wanted to come work at Genesys
