Resume submitted online, and the recruiter replied positively. The recruiter set up the initial call with the hiring manager. That call was followed by a succession of 1:1 Zoom interviews with peers and other managers in the department. Every interviewer was highly engaged.

What trends in the industry are (or should be) most important to potential customers?
There were significant delays in the recruitment process. I was told that I would receive a response within three days, but I ended up waiting more than two weeks and sending several follow-up emails before finally receiving a reply after 15 days. This is not an acceptable way to treat candidates.
