Three rounds of interview- site HR, Key Stakeholder, and Functional Manager- two face to face and one telephonic. All three interactions were long by normal standards- two of them went beyond the scheduled hour. The interviewers had read my resume thoroughly and listened to my responses and framed intelligent questions based on them- which I found reassuring. The follow up was in line with what had been discussed with me during the interview, which added to my trust. Overall, a pleasant and warm experience interviewing with Genesys.
