I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at General System (UK) (Uppsala, Uppsala) in Dec 2023
Interview
I was approached by Ryan, who came across as very open, transparent and human. Right in the first interview the process was well explained to me, I did a total of seven interview over a period of six weeks: General screening, system design, values, two technical interviews and two interviews which had a structure of a meet-and-greet. Every interview was followed with a catch-up with Ryan where I got the feedback, and was able to leave my own. They had to insert some extra interviews, but they apologised about it, something not all employers do.
