I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Detroit, MI) in Dec 2015

Interview

Since I'm a contractor, they went a little outside of process - first was an over the phone recruiter screen, then I was scheduled for a personality test online, then I did a 'role play' exercise with a mock HM and candidate trying to close them. Then I did a F2F with 4 people. Lots of behavioral questions.
