I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM)
Interview
Consisted of your typical HR phone screen followed by a phone call with the hiring manager.
Finally the onsite interview. This consisted of three separate meetings, two with senior developers, one with the hiring manager. Only a few times did the interview get technical, which is only as much as you allow it to get. All the questions asked are behavioral focused, no coding questions or challenges.

Tell me a time when you failed to complete an assignment/task?
Took the OA, then had three interviews (coding, debugging, behavior), then technical/behavior
Each interview was around 45 minutes. The coding interview had two medium difficulty questions. Then, I read through a file for debugging. The final interview was with the hiring manager.
I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Video call with 2 panelists, was asked general questions about myself. Was asked verbally how to code a program. How do you approach the problem and what to do to make it better.
Not too hard, I believe there was an OA and then a live coding interview and then a behavioral interview. Everyone was really nice it was really standard I would just practice for the live coding round.
