The entire interview process took around a month from initial email contact from the recruiter until offer. My resume was referred to a recruiter by a current GM employee. I was contacted shortly afterwards from a recruiter asking to set up 30 minutes to chat. That went well- typical get to know you questions. Afterwards, you are scheduled for an hour interview with a Finance Manager where I was asked typical interview questions as well as a few technical questions. The final round consisted of an onsite interview at the RenCen where you spend either the entire morning or afternoon rotating between 4-5 interviewers. It also consisted of an hour long case study where afterwards you are asked to explain your case study and your recommendation to two interviewers. Just do your homework, don't be an awkward person and have half a brain.

The hiring interview process goes first with a hirevue then an interview at their Detroit office where you have two people interviewing you and what not. Moreover you should be prepared to answer behavrioal and technical questions
