Video interview with two Project Manager. Follow up interview with Global Commodity Manager. General situational questions regarding past experience. Waited roughly three weeks for a response from human resources. Comparably to most other employers.

I first had a phone interview which was followed by a zoom interview with a recruiter. After a few weeks I was invited to an additional zoom interview with a manager that would be part of the team I was in consideration for.

Two managers interviewed using star technique. They both walked through the process and were patient while I thought of and discussed my response. Both managers helped que to explain what the questions meant.
