I post rarely on Glassdoor but Hands down this has to be one of the worst and most unorganized interview experience. For a company this size, you expect things to be coordinated in a better way. The interview timeline looked this way 1) Applied on August 5, 2) Received a request for hireview interview the same day. 3) Provided my responses, the same day. 4) On August 12, I reached recruiter, if there was any update about the position. Obviously no response. 5) Received an email on August 26 that the posting was cancelled. 6) Checked their website, and the position was posted again, with exactly similar description. 7) On September 5, I received a request for the interview for the position that I applied on (which was supposedly cancelled!) 8) I selected a time slot, and started preparing for the interview. 9) Yesterday, Received another email, that the interview was cancelled, and the recruiter will reach out with more details (which I know he will not). Keep in mind, this is an organization with 100+ billions of revenue, and more than 150k employees. For a company of this size, It is really unexpected to see such a loose process.
