I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) in Oct 2014
Interview
The process was pretty simple. There was a career fair in my school. I approached the recruiters about more information, next thing I know I have an interview with them.
After the interview (which was purely behavior questions) - kind of normal for a first interview. I was told to wait for them to contact me.
About a week after I received an email from one of the recruiters letting me know that I have an interview at a particular time. I was not given a heads up or anything, so that was kind of frustrating.
During the interview they went over a power point, kind of trying to sell you on GM because lets face it as a graduating college students we all may get approached by different companies. Then we did a tour of the building, showing us where the magic happens and finally it was the interview.
The interview was all behavioral questions again - no technical questions, mainly because they put you through an intense training program once you get hired.

Question 1
1. What was one wrong decision that you made in the past and what was the outcome?
2. What was a risk that you took recently and what happened after you took that risk?
3. Tell me about a time when you were presented with a problem, but did not have the tools to solve the problem.
4. Why do you want to work for GM? What made you chose us?
Took the OA, then had three interviews (coding, debugging, behavior), then technical/behavior
Each interview was around 45 minutes. The coding interview had two medium difficulty questions. Then, I read through a file for debugging. The final interview was with the hiring manager.
I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Video call with 2 panelists, was asked general questions about myself. Was asked verbally how to code a program. How do you approach the problem and what to do to make it better.
Not too hard, I believe there was an OA and then a live coding interview and then a behavioral interview. Everyone was really nice it was really standard I would just practice for the live coding round.
