Interview
Interview process is based in Lominger competencies, evaluating fourteen of them with three interviewers. Each interviewer had applied five questions selected by them, at the end a consensus is made, pondering each answer 1-5 and getting final evaluation to each candidate.

Application. Then an in-person interview. A panel of 5 people. Very straightforward and easy to complete. I would look to brush up on your personal skills. Minimal technical questions were asked.

It was old school tell me about yourself with some trick questions. The process is better today but they’ve outsourced on-boarding and those people don’t have a clue as to how things actually work

Interview
The interview was moderate difficulty, they hosted 60-70 interviews over two days and took 3 applicants. The atmosphere was a little intense. Following introductions, I was told "This is it, you'll get a call in two days whether or not you have an offer, good luck." She gave me the structure of the interview, 3 questions being asked back and forth from the two interviewers.
Tips: Know Detroit, they love their city. Talk about their Go Green Landfill free Warehouses.
