Starting out with a phone call chat; basically the recruitment team getting to know you and see if you would be a good fit. Followed by a 30-min technical video interview, going over your experience and projects and how they would relate to work. There was then a 1:30 hour in-person interview at the Oshawa centre, this time focused on STARLA behavioural type questions, they asked for a resume review and then proceeded with 4 STARLA questions. They usually have some time at the end so they gave me a tour of the facility Finally there was another 30 minute quick chat with a hiring manager. Everyone was extremely nice, happy to share information about the workplace and helpful during this process. Things did move quickly, I had all 4 interviews/phone calls within a span of 2 weeks.
