Interviewing panels were nice, questions from each were often repeated. Work culture seems the same as any other manufacturing plant- busy! From initial contact, they scheduled the on-campus interview within 1 day and my sit-down interview was less than a week from the day they contacted me with a phone-screen. Nice people, seem to know what they're looking for in employees. Behavioral interviewing techniques used so be prepared.
