I was an internal hire. I had informational meetings, then had an in-person interview with the people I would support, and was offered the job. When I interviewed for previous roles in the company, I had a phone screen, Panel interview with the admin team, Panel interview with managers, then an offer was made.

I got a phone interview from Hiring Manager. Went over my skills and experience. Went in to interview with managers. It was a bit long with multi questions being asked about my background and employee interaction and communication skills. It was quite an comfortable environment.
