I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Interview took over 5 months.
First onsite interview: 1 full day, met with 6 people, 1 hour interview each
No response for 2 months
Then another round of onsite interviews: Met with 6 more people and some panel interviews
Then another round of video hangout interviews.
In all, I had 21 interviews for a BA role. The work was good, but spending 21 hours of their employees and 21 hours for me (42 hours in all) to decide if someone is fit for a role was an overkill.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Genentech

Question 1
The business partners asked several questions relating to their specific business area, clearly reflecting their specific current challenges, wanting to know how I would solve those issues.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview was in depth, more of a "You interview Us" method. Lated 2 1/2 hours very positive. However the Job was not all they made it out to be. Very poor onboarding, Lack luster engagement by the team, poor communications. And no mechanism to raise alarm over operations issues created by weak ill advised solutions. I was expected to just go along to get along. Very unacceptable, and destructive to the Patient Access mission.
