Filled out a paper application and then was called in for an interview shortly afterwards. It was just one in person interview with the store manager and it was conversational and relatively quick and easy.
Basic interview questions. Tell me a little about yourself. How did you deal with an upset costumer? When did you face a difficult challenge and how did you overcome the challenge?
Very quick 5 min interview where they go over your resume and ask about experience. Since I had previous restaurant experience I was hired on the spot. However, I applied for a server position and they told me I would need to be a food runner for a few weeks before I could move up.
