Filled out a paper application and then was called in for an interview shortly afterwards. It was just one in person interview with the store manager and it was conversational and relatively quick and easy.
Easy interview process with only one interview and a few questions based on customer service. Comfortable and relaxing interview and do not need much experience to apply. After interview you get a training packet.
Standard behavorial questions, talk about work experience and other hobbies and such. Why are you a good fit, what other jobs have you worked, etc. Simple and fast, done with one of the managers.
