3 stage interview. 2 interviewers with sourcing manager and 1 interview with senior recruiter. There was a role play involved in the third interview. Plenty of time to prepare and learn about Gartner in between each interview

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
