Interview
First you will go through a phone interview, and based on the job you apply for, especially the Operation Specialist role, they will have you take an Excel Assessment test. You can schedule the test at another day, so just make sure to review Excel courses through YouTube or LinkedIn.

Interview
Participated in a 30-minute initial phone screen with an HR representative who was very professional and pleasant. She explained the responsibilities and the process thoroughly and asked relevant questions about my event planning experience.
