Make sure you have quantifiable values - for example sales targets vs how much you achieved - Face to face with a 3 person panel interview involving competency based questions, explaining what you know about Gardner and a final role play. Important factor is that you take on the constructive feedback from the previous stages and apply it to the next one. Take lots of notes at all stages!
