Interview
I had applied in December 2012 but received a phone call March 18 asking if I was still looking for a job. I confirmed and they set me up for an interview the next day. I didn't know it was a group interview till I got there but it was very simple! I was the youngest of the group, being 16 years old. Th questions were pretty straightforward 'Why do you want to work here?' 'What kind of style do we promote?' etc. I acted very enthusiastic and smiled a lot, also making eye contact! I got a call back two hours after that interview asking me to come in the next day to work out a schedule!

It was so straightforward I had no difficulties with any questions!
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
