Interview
The interview was recorded for later evaluation. When the interviewer asked me questions, sometimes she waited 30 seconds after I had finished my previous answer, and sometimes she interrupted me before I had finished talking. It did not flow like a normal conversation at all. It made me really uncomfortable and contributed to my poor performance on the interview.
The Interview process is overly long - a candidate has to go through multiply technical assessments and then after that, 3 rounds of interviews? Making candidates jump through too many hoops but treating them as disposable

the process was very straightforward, I was accompanied by Tony the whole time, I first met with him and then with the hiring manager for a second interview, finally I was asked to present before a panel and answer questions.

After completing the online tests, the interview process was relatively straightforward. Communication about the process was easy and clear, and the questions weren’t particularly difficult. Everyone whom I interviewed with was friendly and welcoming, even though I didn’t ultimately receive an offer.
