First, you must take a psychometric test online that determines if your exhibit the behaviors of people who have been deemed successful in the role for which you are applying. Then, yo must pass a psychometric test administered online by a Gallup "drone", basically a no-personality employee who asks questions, records your answers, and scores your responses. If you pass both, you may be interviewed by an internal recruiter or a hiring manager. The funny thing is that so many employees who passed both tests and got hired washed out. Do not be discouraged if you cannot pass these tests. Just find another opportunity.
