I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England)
Interview
You have to go through Gallup's talent assessment first which will take about 30min to complete. And my advice is to be as honest and sincere as possible. There is no right or wrong answer! It's about knowing who you are. Once completed in about a week time they contacted me for a call and there is where the magic begun. The whole recruitment team made it so easy and confortable that I immediately felt in the right place! A first call was scheduled just to get to know me and a second one for a phone interview with the Head of the department. Nobody likes to go through the process of being interviewed, but with Gallup its just a completly different experience! They are nice and really caring about getting to know you as who you really are. They make the whole process unique!
After the second phone call, you are invited for a presentation. The presentation will not be a case study like other consulting companies. They want to engage a conversation and get to see how you think and react with the interviewers. This is amazing becose unlike other consulting companies you don't get the industrial feeling from the interview process.
Once you arrive to the office, its love at first sight! The offices at the Shard are just GORGEOUS !!! And from the moment you walk through the reception you feel that you are in the right place! Every single person makes you feel confortable! I have to say that at Gallup they have really master the interview process! If you are lucky enough you will get an offer and then be prepared to spend the very best time of your career among the most amazing people!
Very friendly interviewers. I didn't not get the job but they personally called me to let me know I didn't me make the final round. They didn't treat me like a number, but as a person which I appreciated.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Strengths-based questions, i.e., what are you good at, what is your goal in 5 years, what makes you motivated about joining Gallup, etc.
2 personality tests + one hygiene round + 2 technical rounds in total. The process was very rigorous and some parts of the interview made no sense. Overall, a very difficult experience all for nothing.
