Applied online after one of the recruiters got in touch with after finding my resume on a job protal. Was shortlisted after 1 week and the phone interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. Questions were similar to what others have posted on the website. Rapid fire and if needed interviewer will ask clarification questions. You can ask interviewer to repeat questions. I took the interview on cellphone but would recommend others to take it on a landline phone to avoid disturbances.
