Interview
Received a call from the HR manager to do a phone interview. The phone interview was the standard STAR interview. I then received a phone call to setup an onsite interview. I flew out and this was a more informal interview process. I had a panel interview with the team there and a tour of the shop floor. Overall, very impressed with the experience.
