Interview
On campus interview, all behavioral (tell about your experiences, talk about a time when...). Mostly looking for you to show that you are a team player, know how to lead/follow. Should get to know the GE people/culture, why you want to work at GE. The recruiter may ask you what GE businesses you prefer, but you don't have to know for sure.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Paris)
Interview
Motivational video interview with HR, short numerical test online (pretty easy), then assessment day in the Paris HQ. The assessment consisted of a personal presentation (1 min.), interviews with managers and senior employees (lots of behavioural questions, almost no technical), a groupwork and a short finance/accounting test (easy if you took accounting classes at university). The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was very friendly and interested in knowing more about the candidates' personalities.
Typical interview process. Phone interviews as well as in person interviews . Mostly questioning/ asking about your past, experiences, and why you would be a good fit for the role.

Interview
I thought I had hit it off with the interviewer. I guess we didn't, since I wasn't offered a second round interview. The recruiter came to my campus and I applied online. I was chosen for an interview within a few days. She told me about herself and then asked me to tell her about myself before proceeding.
