Was emailed after career fair for a follow up interview after giving them my resume and formally applying online. I selected a time slot for zom interview and showed up having done research about the company and preparing for common interview quesitons.

I got an interview from a campus career fair. Was asked only behavioral questions. Received an offer in about 2 weeks. I was given only one interview which was 1:1. Compensation could be better, but I did not negotiate.
