Interview
The interview process was very structured. It was very clear they had put a lot of thought into how they were engaging and reviewing candidates. I was interviewing for a leadership program, so even though it was a technical role, there was a big focus on leadership and interpersonal skills as well.

Interview
HR interviewer was friendly and concise. Wasn’t expert in my field in particular but was very interested in my day to day and knowledgeable about the benefits and compensation of the role
Fine, everyone very pleasant. Process was clear. No issues at all. Online portal was pretty good and was kept in touch with by both phone and WhatsApp. Pretty good process.
Very undergrad, statics heavy. Less focused on my actual experience that applied to the job. I wish I had been able to discuss my experiences over 5 years and less on cantilever beams.
