Es gab zwei Vorstellungsgespräche in denen mehre Entscheider und die Personalabteilung eingebunden war. Es wurden keine schwierigen Fragen gestellt sondern normale Fragen zur Motivation und Lebenslauf. Danach wurde zunächst der Unternehmensbereich eingeordnet, was bei GE gar nicht so einfach ist und durchaus eine viertel Stunde dauern kann. Auch der zukünftige Chef war offen und hat aus seinem Lebenslauf erzählt, damit man ein Bild bekommen konnte, mit wem man zusammen arbeitet.

It was very easy and detailed. They laid out the entire process and job description. No confusion on their end. They email you with the details as well. One of the better experiences I've had.
The interview process at GE was very short. They did not conduct multiple interviews. They did not ask a lot of questions.They were straight to the point. Hiring process was smooth as well.

Process had started with a phone interview with HR which was then followed by a panel interview of three senior level leadership employees asking three questions each. Questions were looking for answers using real life examples
