      IT Manager Interview

      May 26, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at GE

      Interview

Relatively easy going, regular question regarding personal growth and experience, strengths and weaknesses, etc. My recommendation would be to approach it with an open mind and interview the company as well. Discover not only if the job is the right match but also if that's the company YOU want to work for. Other than that, pretty standard with no frills.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE (Brindisi) in Jan 2018

      Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GE (Budapest) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Short phone interview followed by one hour of interview with the former holder of the position and the HR lead dedicated to the field. During the interview we switched to English and back to see the language proficiency. Most of the questions were centered on the previous experience with matrix organizations. The next round would have been with the off-site manager, but I was declined due to lack of former management experience at a multi.
