Company starts with a phone call that they use as an interview. Once you are given the okay here, you pick a day to drive to the office and interview there. It was frustrating because they said to show up at a specific time, but then had you wait almost a half hour because the office was so busy. You are interviewed by essentially all available employees, so amount to about 7 people at once. Most don't really care, a few passionate employees will ask you technical questions.
