I had the manager call me and we had an interview right then. I was called in to Melbourne, FL two days later. I had interviewed with 3 Engineers, the manager and HR. I will say they kept saying "Be Specific" and I can not talk about previous experiences as that would be a conflict of technical information for other companies. I did not like the pressure of the engineers. I did state I can explain things in generic and system terms, but I can't go in debt as that is a breach of a security clearance. The relocation package just plain was unacceptable unless you live in FL and are single with nothing. They offer a lump sum of $5,000.00 and that's about it. That is not nearly enough to move a family to Melbourne.

Started out with a phone interview with an in-house recruiter for a Sub-Section Manager position. Had phone interview with the Director, but didn't have enough management experience for the position. Then a week or so later, was contacted by the recruiter about a Lead System Engineer position within the same group. Had phone interview with the hiring manager and then was invited for on-site interview. The on-site interview included 45 min sessions with HR, 4 engineers and the hiring manager. On the night before the interview, hiring manager took me to a social gathering where I met several of the engineers in an informal setting. Took two weeks before the offer was received.
