I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Peterborough, ON) in Mar 2009
Interview
Was first contacted by GE corp recruiter (HR) who arranged interviews with hiring panel. All face to face interviews went well but when I followed up with the initial HR recruiter at GE Corp., she refused to take my calls or acknowledge any communication with me. I felt that the interviews went well, however obviously due to the lack of response I was not going to get an offer, but at least I felt that I should have gotten a reply to my follow up inquiries about the position. I had taken time away from my current employer to go for these 4 hour interviews, so at least General Electric could have acknowledged my efforts??!!
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE (Noida)
Interview
3 Rounds of interview- 1. Hr 2. Technical (Rigorous Level) 3. Engineering Head, 4. Final Hr Round. 2nd Stage Technical round was most difficult one taken by a team of 2 Members.
