First I was asked for online technical test and after clearing that I was called for face to face interview. Though it was scheduled interview but many people were called at same time. Food was arranged there. First round was on Technical Stuff. There were many questions asked on Data Modeling, SQL Queries, best Practices. Real time scenario was given to me asked to suggest the model and Architecture. They gave me the query with the join of 10 to 12 tables and asked to find the faults and what will be my approach to tune it. Further questions were asked like which column will be used to partition and parallel data load.
After this I was called for managerial round. They checked my team handeling activities along with Technical knowledge. How to groom the team. What is the best way of putting my solution forward if people are not agreed. How to handle the situation if team is not that much technical compatible. How to handle conflict management.
After this final HR round, in which Soft skills were tested, my aspiration were asked, career path was discussed, work culture and again some questions of behaviriol skills. There was no discussion on Salary component. They took my feedback and asked me to leave by saying that I am selected and they will contact me.
After few days I got a call for salary discussion and finally we agreed on a point.
