The interview was divided into 2 steps: interview with the materials manager and interview with human resources. The interview with the materials manager was focused on technical knowledge of supply chain management and working techniques, while the human resources questions where focused on time availability and professional growth.

It was so straight and decisions were quick. There were 2 rounds and both was for 30 mins. The start to end process was closed within 1 month. Lot of learning also happened in there.
