Interview
You first do an interview over the laptop. They ask pre selected questions and you do answer "takes" that are recorded. They are then sent to the employer. The next step is an interview with the manager, either on the phone or in person, depending on COVID.

The simple where do you see yourself in 10 years type questions. They go over your skills and background and check to make sure it is compatible with the position.
