Was contacted by one HR person asking for portfolio samples which I quickly sent over. Then I was contacted by a different HR person phone interview. Phone interview was scheduled to be with the Director, but ended up being with the Director and person I was replacing who was moving to another team.
I was told they would follow up on next steps within the week. I reached out to the HR person who scheduled the phone interview when that timeframe passed, but got no response.
I see now they are posting for a lower level position so maybe their team needs changed. Guess I will never know.
Ghosting candidates who have taken the time to share their work, their time, and themselves with your organization is unprofessional and disrespectful.
