I experienced the introductory call, get-to-know interview, technical task, and technical interview. I applied in January and the interview process took about 3 months. Their decision-making process is very slow. The initial interviews were ok and the technical task was straightforward. I think I did pretty well in the technical task and the technical interview despite not getting selected.

Question 1
Explain anything interesting from your take-home assignment.
There was three phases after the initial CV screening. 1: Short phone call, and an invitation for a offline interview 2: Offline interview with general chatter, sprinkled with a few technical questions 3: Offer/rejection call
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Futurice (Berlin) in Oct 2019
Interview
A first interview with HR Manager / Recruiter over Goolge Hangouts where he gave me an really insightful introduction to the company. Afterwards it was a really nice conversation about my experience and expertise and a short and sweet presentation of the company in the end. Normally these first HR interviews are all the same and very superficial. But I enjoyed this one, had the feeling the guy knows what he is talking about.
