The entire process took about a half hour, the employee interviewing me was super nice. The interview was very laid-back. It was a group interview, but it was not intimidating at all. Overall a good experience, but have yet to hear back if I got the position.
Super easy and straightforward interview-to-offer process. 1 interview with a manager at the store, it lasted about an hour in total. Simple behavioral questions and experience in customer-facing roles. The whole process took about 2 weeks,
Interview was very informative about the company’s culture & vision. I mainly was asked questions about my experience & passions - we discussed potential growth in the company as well. Key is to be excited, authentic and really showcase your vibe & interest in fashion!
It is a very simple interview process. They asked about experience, customer service, style, how to handle conflict and customers. Talked about the role and the requirements of the role. Basically to see if you fit in well with the team!
