    -positive work environment, love the all girl team -amazing product, easy to get behind and sell to customers -management is inspiring and has an open door policy

    Cons

    -communication from home office is not always in line with what district managers are saying - district/regional managers need to learn how to trust the people they put in charge -no growth in canada after management

    The people are really fun, it's not stressful.

    Cons

    The managers are often catty. But the WORST is the low pay.

    I worked at Free People part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Commission free workplace, therefore customer interactions were very genuine. Great management and positive team, always encouraging. Discount is very generous, as well as other staff perks. Booking time off is very flexible

    Cons

    full time hour positions are given to management, so even as a part timer if you have open availability, you won't get scheduled often

    - friendly customers - chill atmosphere - good discount - good hours if you have another job .. very flexible
