I interviewed with two people, one of whom would have been my direct manager and the other his manager. The interview with the higher-level manager was fairly standard, but the interview with the direct manager was a strange experience, as he came in with only a couple of questions. I had several questions ready, but it got pretty awkward as there was a lot of awkward silence since there were no follow-up questions and I felt like I was the one conducting the interview.
