I had a call form their recruiting team for the screening process which was one of the most poor ones I have ever had as the HR recruiter rang me about 20 minutes later that the scheduled time and he was all over the place and do not what he had for breakfast as he asked me the same questions twice then reminded him that we covered the topic earlier only then he remembered and generally was not focused. I did not go forward with them as they were not offering a competitive package.
