Interview
The process was professional, and there was a written test after. The written test asked many questions about standard connector sizes and the thermal characteristics of materials. In real life, a lot of these questions can be answered with Google. However, online search is not allowed.

Interview
I met the hiring manager briefly then there was a test including some questions on thermal analysis. There was a test for sheet metal modelling in Solidworks. It took around half a day.
