Phone call with recruiter followed by video interview with two engineers - mix of behavioral and technical, but the recruiter said it would just be behavioral. Was advertised as software engineering but really was for embedded/low-level stuff.

I applied online and recieved an invite to complete an Online Assessment a week later. 3 days after the online assessment, I received an invite to interview. The interview was very relaxed and only had behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview was scheduled for an hour and a half. the first 20 ish minutes was introductions and a presentation on what ford pro does. Then, the rest of the time was for 2 leetcode style questions of probably easy difficulty in java.
