Met the campus recruiter on my university campus and was offered an interview. However, the recruiter did warn me that because I was only a 2nd year student, there is a very small chance I would be offered a position since they are looking more for 3rd and 4th year students. However, they were very nice about it and I had a great time at the interview.

Interview
One phone screening, recruiter described information about the position, and then asked me some basic questions about why I was interested, education and previous internship background. Then the final round interview was with team of three engineers from Ford who asked various questions.

They asked about projects on resume. IE, explain technologies used in [x] project, describe the difficulties of working on [x].
The process was easy ans did not have too many steps. Th interview was not that hard the hr manager handled the interview but she made me feel relaxed and asked easy questions to get me know better

Interview
HR interview is quite flexible. Detailed interview with manager is also nice as they are open for new ideas and people. I got asked about my projects and previous internship experience. And typical interview questions such as weakness,strength.
