It started with the recruiter reaching out to me on linkedin. Had a screening call, and then a panel interview with the HM and his team. It started with a pretty bad first impression when one of the leads was 20mins late to an hour interview. Started with a distasteful joke about being punctual. After the interview, I waited for several weeks. The recruiter reached about a coding interview which I felt was not necessary for the position as it had nothing to do with writing and developing code. It was a vehicle architecture position. But I complied with them.
I managed to work with the tester to answer all of their question. Did not do perfectly, but managed to accomplish all that was tasked. Afterwards there was radio silence for weeks. The recruiter stopped responding to my emails and Linkedin IM. I felt that was extremely rude and unprofessional. In retrospect, I am not even bothered about being offered this position. The team had no respect for my time by being late and very slow with their process(two months so far). And then in the end ghost me.
