I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company in Sep 2015
Interview
They took me out to dinner and asked about my interests. They didn't ask any technical questions or any behavioral ones. It was very low key and was more about finding me a good fit and a good group to work with in the company. Overall a very pleasant experience.

They really emphasized group work, so make sure you can talk about the dynamics within your previous teams.
