Large format; like a cattle call in an auditorium. They break you into groups, do a welcome speech, then call you in to interview with 1-4 people in a smaller cubicle.

It was a good process. I was recruited through campus placement. Have good knowledge about the role you're applying for and the work you've done in your coursetime at college. Interviewers were very professional yet allowed to have thinking space and to calm down before we proceed. All the best.
